The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) has released an official notification for the sale of 426 residential plots in Thoppur Phase-I, Madurai, through an online lottery system. The project comprises 426 plots, categorized into:
High Income Group (HIG): 117 plots
Middle Income Group (MIG): 309 plots
The total area of the project is 911 grounds, with plot sizes ranging from 652 sq. ft. to 3861 sq. ft.
To participate in the scheme, applicants must:
Be a native of Tamil Nadu.
Be 21 years or older.
Not have purchased any plot, house, or flat from TNHB previously, either in their own name, spouse’s name, or minor children’s name.
Income Criteria:
MIG: Monthly income between ₹50,001 and ₹70,000
HIG: Monthly income above ₹70,000
