The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB), Special Scheme Division–1, Anna Nagar, has announced the conduct of an online auction for plots and shop sites at Kilmudalambedu, scheduled for October 15, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The auction will be held through the state e-tender portal tntenders.gov.in.
According to the notification, a total of five plots including residential, commercial, and institutional sites have been listed for sale. The plots vary in size and purpose, ranging from residential to commercial, a nursery school site, and shop sites.
Details of Plots on Auction:
SPD101 – Residential Plot (P.P.S.): 18,374 sq.ft, Upset Price ₹1.33 crore, EMD ₹19.98 lakh.
SPD102 – Commercial Plot (C.P.S.): 13,420 sq.ft, Upset Price ₹97.30 lakh, EMD ₹14.59 lakh.
SPD103 – Nursery School Site (N.S.S.): 14,297 sq.ft, Upset Price ₹1.03 crore, EMD ₹15.54 lakh.
SPD104 – Shop Site: 5,802 sq.ft, Upset Price ₹42.07 lakh, EMD ₹6.31 lakh.
SPD105 – Public Purpose Site (P.S.S.): 42,974 sq.ft, Upset Price ₹3.11 crore, EMD ₹46.73 lakh.
Officials have clarified that interested bidders must pay 15% of the upset price as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through the online portal to qualify for participation. Only eligible applicants will be permitted to bid in the e-auction.
The TNHB has urged potential buyers, real estate developers, and institutions to take advantage of this opportunity, emphasizing the transparency of the online auction process.
