Surat Urban Development Authority to Conduct Online E-Auction of Commercial and Residential Plots in TP-57 (Kharwasa–Ekalara)

Surat: The Surat Urban Development Authority (SUDA) has announced an online e-auction of 9 commercial and 2 residential plots located in TP-57 (Kharwasa–Ekalara), Surat. The authority will accept online bids from February 18, 2026 to March 10, 2026, with auctions scheduled on March 17 and March 18, 2026.

The tender fee for each bid is ₹10,000 (non-refundable). Bidders must submit separate tender fees and EMD amounts for each plot.
