The auctions cover a wide range of contracts including:
Pay & Use Toilets at Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and Lingampalli stations.
Parking Contracts at Secunderabad MLCP PF-10, James Street, Ghatkesar, Bhongir, Hitech City and other locations.
Advertising Rights (static, digital, outdoor, and booklet distribution) across Manchiryal, Bidar, Mahbubabad, Hafizpet EV charging station, Chirala, Secunderabad–Tirupati Express, and other key areas.
Catering Stalls & Rail Coach Restaurants at Jangaon, Khammam, Bhalki, Ferozguda, Necklace Road, and Hitech City.
Parcel Leasing Contracts in SLR coaches of important trains including 12437, 22152, 22718/17, and 22850/49.
The Secunderabad Division of South Central Railway has announced multiple upcoming commercial asset e-auctions on the IREPS platform. These auctions provide opportunities for businesses and individuals to secure contracts in areas like parking, advertising, catering, parcel leasing, and pay-and-use toilets across key stations.

Public Amenities:
Contracts for Pay & Use Toilets will be auctioned at Secunderabad (Platforms 1–10) and Lingampalli stations starting 21 August 2025.
Parking Facilities:
Access-controlled parking rights will be offered at MLCP PF-10, Secunderabad (22 August) and later at stations including Ghatkesar, Bhongir, Hitech City, and James Street.
Advertising Rights:
Multiple opportunities for static, digital, and outdoor advertisements are available. Notable locations include Manchiryal, Mahbubabad, Bidar RUBs, Hafizpet EV charging station, Chirala, and circulating areas of major stations.
A unique auction on 30 August 2025 will allow businesses to distribute information booklets to passengers of Secunderabad–Tirupati Express (20701/02, 20707/08).
Catering Units & Rail Coach Restaurants:
Catering stalls at Jangaon, Sedam, Khammam, Bhalki, etc. will be auctioned on 28 August 2025. Additionally, modern Rail Coach Restaurants at Ferozguda, Necklace Road, and Hitech City will be open for bidding on 3 September 2025.
Parcel Leasing:
SLR coach parcel space in premium trains such as 12437, 22152, 22718/17, and 22850/49 will be auctioned on 3 September 2025. This presents a strong opportunity for logistics and freight operators.
