Salem District, Tamil Nadu – The Salem District Collector’s Office announces a public auction of immovable properties belonging to Mettur Cauvery Finance, Annai Cauvery Finance, and Sri Cauvery Finance. This announcement has been made by Thiru I.R. Ravikumar, District Revenue Officer, Salem.

The auction is scheduled to take place on 24th September 2025 at 10:30 AM in the Magizham Meeting Hall, Room No. 115, Ground Floor, Salem District Collector’s Office.

This auction is conducted under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44/97), Section 3, Government Order No. 131, as well as under Section 4(3) of the Act. The properties are being auctioned following the Coimbatore TANPID Special Court orders in Original Case O.A. 10/2015 (judgment dated 17.08.2015) and O.A. 14/2011 (judgment dated 22.11.2022).

All auction terms and conditions are displayed at the Salem District Collector’s Office and all Tahsildar offices. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction by complying with the stated conditions.

The properties can also be inspected before the auction date through the Sankagiri and Mettur Tahsildars.
