Bidding Rules
Minimum incremental increase over previous bid:
Up to ₹10,000 → ₹200
₹10,001 – ₹20,000 → ₹400
₹20,001 – ₹50,000 → ₹500
₹50,001 – ₹1,00,000 → ₹2,000
₹1,00,001 – ₹2,00,000 → ₹3,000
Above ₹2,00,000 → ₹5,000
Other Important Terms
Only highest bidder will be awarded; if first fails to pay, second-highest may be considered.
Successful bidder must pay balance amount in one installment; otherwise, EMD forfeited.
Vehicles to be collected at buyer’s own expense within 7–10 days of payment.
Vehicles older than 15 years or without valid chassis/engine numbers will be sold as scrap only.
Buyers must verify chassis/engine/registration numbers themselves.
The Committee’s decision will be final and binding.
Government staff/committee members cannot participate.
Pre-bid meeting scheduled on 25.05.2025.
Any disputes fall under local court jurisdiction (Arwal).
