The Rampur Development Authority (RDA) has announced an extension of the registration deadline for its popular Vankesh Awas Yojana. Earlier scheduled to close on November 8, 2025, the last date for online and offline applications has now been extended to November 15, 2025.
According to sources, the extension has been provided mainly due to minor technical issues in the payment gateway, ensuring that all interested applicants get sufficient time to complete their registration process.

The Rampur Development Authority (RDA) has announced the launch of its new housing initiative — “Vyomkesh Awasiy Yojna” — under the Mukhyamantri Shahri Vistarikaran Yojna. The project aims to provide well-planned residential plots with modern infrastructure and facilities in Rampur district.
The Vyomkesh Residential Scheme is a fully gated township being developed along the Rampur–Bareilly National Highway (NH-87). The project site is located just 2 kilometres from the city headquarters, ensuring excellent connectivity to key landmarks.
The township features 30-metre-wide roads, comprehensive land and electricity infrastructure, and is 3 kilometres from the railway station. It is also conveniently located about 20 kilometres from the upcoming Suyalganj Airport, making it an attractive choice for future-ready home buyers.

The Rampur Development Authority (RDA) has announced the launch of its first-ever gated residential township project in the city, marking a major milestone in Rampur’s planned urban expansion.
According to officials, the registration process for residential plots in the township began on October 8, 2025, and is being accepted both online and offline. The project has received an enthusiastic response, with over 800 registrations already completed within the first few weeks.
The new township is being developed in the Bhamua and Pahadi villages, and includes a total of 1,289 residential plots of varying sizes — 86, 134, 193, 344, 538, 956, and 1,195 square yards.
To support the township’s infrastructure, the RDA has issued tenders worth more than ₹45 crore for the development of roads, along with the construction of an overhead water tank and underground power lines to ensure seamless utility services.
Officials said the initiative aims to provide modern and secure living options within Rampur city, with the entire township being developed as a fully gated community equipped with essential amenities.
Prospective buyers can register for the scheme until October 31, 2025. The allocation of plots will be carried out through a lottery-based system after the registration window closes.
The Rampur Development Authority expects the project to boost local real estate activity and meet the growing demand for affordable and secure residential spaces in the district.
