Bhadgaon (Jalgaon District) – The Tehsil Office, Bhadgaon, has announced the public auction of vehicles seized for illegal minor mineral excavation and transport in Bhadgaon Taluka. The auction will be conducted under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Sections 176–184).
Authorities seized several vehicles involved in unauthorized excavation and transportation of minor minerals. Despite being served penalty notices, the concerned vehicle owners have failed to deposit the penalty amount. As per law, these seized vehicles are now treated as arrears of land revenue and will be auctioned, with proceeds deposited into the Government treasury.
The Deputy Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Jalgaon carried out valuation of the vehicles, and approval for auction was granted by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pachora Division (Letter No. गौ.ख/कावि/171/2025, dated 09/09/2025).

Application fee: ₹1,000 (non-refundable).
Security deposit (EMD): ₹5,000 per vehicle (cash).
Highest bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately, and the balance within 24 hours.
If the bidder fails to pay, the deposit will be forfeited, and the vehicle will be re-auctioned.
Bids will start from the upset price fixed by the authorities and must increase in multiples of ₹5,000.
Tehsildar, Bhadgaon, reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction.
