1. Important Dates and Deadlines
- Auction Date and Time: December 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM
- Deadline for Tax Payment: Vehicle owners, drivers, and financiers can pay any outstanding taxes before the auction date to reclaim their vehicles.
- Online Registration for Auction: December 16 to December 19, 2024, via https://www.eauction.gov.in/
- Terms and Conditions Availability: Starting December 9, 2024, at the Pimpri-Chinchwad RTO notice board during office hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
- Vehicle Inspection Period: December 9 to December 24, 2024, at the Moshi RTO premises.

How to Participate in the E-Auction
Registration:
- Go to https://www.eauction.gov.in/
- Complete the online registration process between December 16 and December 19, 2024.
Inspection:
- Inspect the seized vehicles at the Moshi RTO office from December 9 to December 24, 2024, during working hours.
Auction Terms:
- Vehicles are sold on an “as-is-where-is” basis.
- The Taxation Authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction without prior notice.
Payment of Outstanding Taxes:
- Owners can avoid the auction by settling all pending dues before the auction date.
