The Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee, constituted in the matter of PACL Limited, has issued Corrigendum No. 2 to the tender document for the e-auction sale of properties in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka. The corrigendum introduces revised property details under Annexure-1 and updates the official list of assets available for public bidding.
The auction is part of the ongoing effort to monetize PACL assets and facilitate the recovery process for investors. According to the revised document, a total of 166 land parcels spread across multiple villages in Sidlaghatta Taluk, Chikkaballapur district, have been listed for e-auction with a cumulative reserve price of ₹461 crore and an aggregate earnest money deposit (EMD) requirement of over ₹46.10 crore.

The auction inventory covers properties located in several rapidly developing areas of Chikkaballapur district, including:
These parcels vary significantly in size, ranging from approximately 1,012 square metres to more than 32,627 square metres, offering opportunities for individual investors, developers, and institutional buyers.
Among the most valuable properties listed in the corrigendum are several large land parcels located in Kolimi Hosuru, Nadipinayakanahalli, and Athiganahalli.
One of the highest-valued properties is Survey No. 45, Kolimihosur, measuring 32,627.805 sq. m., carrying a reserve price of approximately ₹13.05 crore and an EMD of ₹1.30 crore. Another major parcel is located in Nadipinayakanahalli, where land measuring more than 28,833 sq. m. has been valued at over ₹10 crore.
Several other plots have reserve prices ranging between ₹4 crore and ₹9 crore, making the auction one of the largest PACL-linked property disposal exercises currently underway in Karnataka.
The corrigendum also notes that certain entries have been removed from the auction schedule. Property records associated with MR No. 9804/15, 10124/15, and 17900/16 have been marked as "Dropped" and will not be part of the bidding process.
With land parcels spread across multiple villages and reserve prices catering to both small and large investors, the auction presents an opportunity for participation in the Karnataka land market, particularly in the growing Chikkaballapur-Sidlaghatta corridor. The availability of detailed survey numbers, coordinates, reserve prices, and EMD requirements is expected to assist bidders in evaluating properties before participation.
Interested bidders should carefully review the revised property schedule issued through Corrigendum No. 2 and complete all due diligence before submitting bids in the PACL property e-auction process.
