Noida News: E-Auction of Industrial Plots Scheduled for 23rd September
The Noida Authority will hold an e-auction of 37 industrial plots, each measuring up to 8,000 sqm, located in Sectors 29, 32, and 33 of Yamuna City, on 23rd September 2025.
The allotment plan via e-auction was initially proposed in May. Due to certain delays, the application submission deadline was extended, and the last date for submitting applications was 31st July 2025.
After completing the scrutiny of applications, the authority has now finalized 23rd September as the auction date. Applicants are requested to submit any pending documents via email by 15th September. The final list of eligible applicants will be published on the Noida Authority website on 18th September 2025.
