Noida Authority opens e-auction for industrial, institutional and hotel plots; bidding from May 19

NOIDA: The New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (Noida Authority) has launched a major plot allotment and e-auction scheme for industrial, institutional, commercial builder and hotel plots across several prime sectors of the city.

The authority said the scheme aims to attract investment in manufacturing, healthcare, education, hospitality and commercial infrastructure , strengthening Noida’s position as one of Uttar Pradesh’s fastest-growing business hubs.

As per the official notification, the scheme will open on May 19, 2026 . The last date for submission of earnest money deposit (EMD) is June 9 till 5 pm , while the final submission deadline has been fixed for June 11 till 5 pm .

Industrial plots to be auctioned in multiple sectors

Under the Industrial Plot Scheme (NOIDA/IP/E-AUCTION/2026-27/01) , the authority has listed plots in sectors including 3, 6, 7, 10, 80, 164 and Phase-II .

The plot sizes range from around 115 sqm to more than 3,300 sqm , with allotments to be made through the e-auction process .

• Sector 3, Plot E-22 – 115 sqm
• Sector 6, Plot D-084 – 209 sqm
• Sector 80, Plot D-077 – 892.54 sqm
• Phase-II, Plot B-013 – 1,950 sqm

Officials said reserve prices have been fixed according to the location and category of the plots.

Institutional plots for schools and hospitals

The authority has also offered several institutional plots for educational and healthcare projects.

For senior secondary schools , plots have been earmarked in:

• Sector 19 – 18,594.97 sqm
• Sector 42 – 52,230 sqm

These plots will be allotted through an interview-based process .

Under the hospital category , plots are available in:

• Sector 117 – 10,680 sqm
• Sector 145 – 10,224 sqm

Meanwhile, nursing home plots have been announced in Sectors 47 and 41 .

Commercial and hotel plots also on offer

The authority has included premium commercial builder plots and hotel plots in the latest scheme.

Among the major commercial plots are:

• Sector 94, Plot 1B – 10,031 sqm
• Sector 18, Plot L-2A/2 – 2,536 sqm

Hotel plots have been offered in:

• Sector 71 – 7,500 sqm
• Sector 142 – 12,570 sqm and 7,672.57 sqm

Officials expect strong participation from real estate developers, hospitality firms and institutional investors.

Important dates

The authority clarified that the reserve prices are tentative and may be revised before possession. It also stated that GST and other applicable charges will have to be paid separately by successful bidders.

Noida Authority Residential Plot Scheme for 35 Plots, Applications Open Till October 30

Noida, October 2025 – The Noida Authority has announced a new residential plot scheme under which 35 plots will be allotted to buyers through an online e-auction system . The scheme has been rolled out after nearly a year, aiming to provide housing opportunities in prime and developed sectors of Noida.

Application Timeline

Applicants can submit their forms until October 30, 2025 . After submission, there will be a window till November 4, 2025 , to upload the required documents. Allotment of the plots will be done exclusively through the e-auction platform, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.

The Noida Authority has also announced that it will launch additional institutional and industrial property schemes in the coming period. Through these schemes, including the residential plot allotment, the Authority expects to generate around ₹450 crore in revenue .
