Applicants must be legally competent under Indian law. Eligible entities include individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts, societies, government departments, and PSUs. Necessary documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, incorporation certificates, MoA/AoA (if applicable), and authorization letters must be submitted along with the application.
Units will be allotted only if the final bid price is equal to or above the reserve price.
Allottees must sign the Agreement to Sale within the stipulated period.
Possession will be handed over within 24 months, subject to approvals and force majeure.
In case of default in payment, EMD and/or part payments may be forfeited.
NBCC/SVPMC reserves the right to reject bids or withdraw units without assigning reasons.
Interested buyers must register on the RailTel e-auction portal, pay the registration and processing fees, and deposit the EMD before the deadline. Only registered bidders with valid DSC (Digital Signature Certificate – Class 3) will be eligible to participate.
