The Muzaffarpur District Administration has announced the re-auction of 67 seized vehicles under the Prohibition and Excise Department. The auction will take place on 19th September 2025, from 11:30 AM onwards at the Zila Parishad Bhawan meeting hall, Muzaffarpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Vehicles were seized for illegal liquor transportation under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Many of these could not be sold in the earlier auction. Therefore, the district administration will conduct a second auction at 10% reduced reserve prices.
A total of 67 vehicles will be auctioned, including:
Reserve prices range from ₹360 (bicycles) to ₹10,80,000 (Innova / HGV trucks).
