Mumbai News: MHADA Extends Deadline for Commercial Premises E-Auction to September 8
Mumbai: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has extended the deadline for registration, document submission, and earnest money deposit (EMD) for its upcoming e-auction of commercial premises. Applicants can now complete the process till 11:59pm on September 8th, 2025.
The online auction is scheduled to be held on September 10th, 2025, between 11am and 5pm. Results of the auction will be declared the following day, September 11th at 11am, on MHADA’s official websites — www.mhada.gov.in

According to MHADA officials, the extension was announced to allow more interested buyers to participate in the process and to ensure a smoother completion of formalities.
