New Delhi: State-run Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has invited online bids for the sale of six prime properties located across Delhi and Noida as part of its ongoing asset monetisation programme. The e-tender followed by e-auction has been announced through an RFP dated November 7, 2025.
According to the notification, the properties include multiple commercial shops in Delhi and a large residential inventory in Noida. The auction process will be conducted on the MSTC e-auction platform, where the tender documents have been made available under the ‘Notifications’ section.
Delhi Commercial Shops:
MTNL will auction ready-built shops located at Pul Prahladpur, Sarita Vihar, Siddharth Extension and Maya Puri.
The reserve prices for these units vary significantly, ranging between ₹1.39 crore and ₹39.27 crore, depending on location and size.
Noida Residential Property:
The tender also includes Flats at Aravali Apartment and Himgiri Apartment in Sector-34, Noida, comprising 48 flats each.
The reserve price for these residential units has been fixed at ₹25.37 crore and ₹42.95 crore.
MTNL has stated that bidders can access the Request for Proposal (RFP) and related documents on both the MSTC portal and the BSNL asset monetisation website.

The last date for submission of online bids is January 15, 2026, at 3:00 pm, and officials expect strong participation from institutional and individual buyers looking for commercial and residential assets in NCR.
