MHADA Pune Announces e-Auction of 11 Commercial Shops and 20 Office Units on May 24

PUNE: The Pune Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA Pune) has announced an e-auction sale of 11 commercial shops and 20 office units located under various housing schemes in Pune district.

According to the official public notice issued by MHADA, the commercial properties are situated in MHADA Towers, Pimpri Waghire and Sant Tukaram Nagar schemes. The auction will be conducted through the online e-auction system as per the provisions of MHADA regulations related to property management, transfer and sale.

The authority stated that the sale process will be carried out through the official MHADA e-auction portal.

Important Dates for MHADA Pune e-Auction 2026

• Online registration and document upload begins: May 20, 2026 from 11 am
• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payment and online application begins: May 22, 2026 from 11 am
• Last date for registration, application submission and EMD payment: May 23, 2026 till 11:59 pm
• Online e-auction bidding date: May 24, 2026 from 11 am to 5 pm

MHADA clarified that if any bid is received during the final 10 minutes of the auction, the bidding period will automatically extend by another 10 minutes. The process will continue until no new bids are placed.

The final auction results will be declared within two working days after completion of the bidding process.
