Mumbai: In a major opportunity for homebuyers, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced the sale of 120 vacant residential units under the First Come, First Served (FCFS) scheme.
The housing authority said the flats are being offered in line with the provisions of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Disposal, Sale, Transfer and Exchange of Houses) Regulations, 1981 and the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Land Disposal) Regulations, 1981.

84 units constructed directly by MHADA
