Faridabad: Applications have been invited from the general public for allotment of residential apartments under the Mansha Evernest affordable group housing project in Sector 114, Faridabad, Haryana. The project, being developed by M/s Mansha Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. , has a total of 906 apartments spread across 6.29375 acres .
The Mansha Evernest e-draw application process started on September 10, 2026, at 10 am and will remain open until September 30, 2026, at 8 pm . The proposed draw of lots is scheduled for October 27, 2026, at 12 noon .
The project is being developed under the terms and conditions of Haryana's Affordable Group Housing Policy, 2013 , notified by the Town and Country Planning Department.
The Mansha Evernest project is located in the revenue estates of Village Dayalpur and Junehra, Sector 114, Faridabad, Haryana .
The project comprises 906 residential apartments across approximately 6.29 acres . As per the scheme notice, 5% of the apartments are reserved under the Management Quota , while the remaining 95% are available to the general public .
The project includes 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments , with carpet areas ranging from 552.41 sq ft to 645.84 sq ft .
The basic sale price of apartments has been fixed at ₹5,450 per sq ft of carpet area . For balconies up to 100 sq ft, an additional charge of ₹1,300 per sq ft is applicable.
In addition, the car parking charge is 10% of the total flat cost including balcony cost , excluding applicable taxes.

Applicants can submit their applications through the Haryana Town and Country Planning Department's e-Draw portal .
Applicants can apply through the official Haryana TCP e-draw portal.
The scheme allows individuals to apply subject to the eligibility conditions prescribed under the applicable affordable housing policy.
The notice states that the applicant must not be legally barred from entering into a legally binding contract under any applicable law .
Although anyone meeting the basic eligibility conditions can apply, the allotment process gives priority to identified PMAY beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Housing for All programme.

Applicants opting for the PMAY category must upload the PMAY certificate along with the application.
The project notice specifically states that failure to upload the required PMAY certificate may lead to rejection of the application .

An applicant is permitted to submit only one application under the scheme.
A successful applicant under the policy will not be eligible for allotment of another flat under the same policy in another colony. If an applicant becomes successful in more than one colony, the applicant will have to exercise the option to retain only one flat .

Applicants should ensure that the uploaded documents are valid and meet the requirements of the scheme.
The apartments will be allotted through a draw of lots/e-draw .
The draw will be conducted in the presence of a committee comprising representatives including the Deputy Commissioner or an authorised representative , the Senior Town Planner , the District Town Planner concerned and a representative of the coloniser.
Once the lottery date is finalised, the developer will publish an advertisement informing applicants about the date, time and venue of the draw . The advertisement will be published in the newspapers in which the original advertisement appeared.

The notice also contains a provision for applicants who were successful in a previous draw of a project but subsequently surrendered or withdrew their application .
Such applicants must get their status updated at the STP Office, Faridabad , before applying for the current project. The status update has to be completed within two weeks of publication of the notice .
