How to Participate in the Pen RTO e-Auction

To ensure a smooth and fair bidding process, all interested participants must complete the following formalities:

1. Registration & Deposit

Participants must submit:

  • Non-refundable Registration Fee: ₹34,000

  • Refundable Security Deposit: ₹4,94,000

Payment Mode: Demand Draft (DD) in favor of "Dy RTO PEN"
Submission Point: Sub-Regional Transport Office, Pen

2. Registration Window

  • Start Date: May 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM

  • End Date: May 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM

Late applications will not be considered.

3. Document Verification

  • Date: May 22, 2025

Vehicle Inspection (Physical Viewing Schedule)

Bidders can inspect the seized vehicles before auction to evaluate their condition:
