The auction is being conducted through the official e auction platform, offering buyers a chance to purchase used vehicles at competitive prices.

As per the latest update, the auction includes two Renault Lodgy diesel vehicles bearing registration numbers MH01AN1284 and MH01AN1285. Both vehicles are being sold on an as is where is basis, meaning buyers must carefully inspect the condition before placing bids.

The starting price for the auction has been fixed at Rs 1,10,000, with a bid increment value of Rs 2,000. Interested bidders must deposit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 11,000 and an additional auction fee of Rs 300, both payable to DAY NULM Maharashtra via demand draft.

The auction process will follow a reverse bidding format and is categorized under 4 wheeler car segment in transportation category. Officials have also enabled bidder detail visibility and bid approval process, ensuring transparency in the system.

According to the schedule, the auction was published on March 25 2026, and the bid submission window is open from March 25 2026 to April 21 2026 till 6 PM. The approval process will take place between April 21 and April 23 2026.

The final e auction will be conducted on April 24 2026 from 12 PM to 1 PM, with a provision of auto extension of 5 minutes in case of last minute bids. Each bid cycle will have an elapse time interval of 5 minutes, allowing competitive participation among bidders.

Earlier, the department had also allowed physical inspection of the vehicles at CBD Belapur office between March 25 and April 6 2026, advising bidders to verify vehicle condition, documents, and liabilities before participating.

Officials clarified that the highest bidder will be declared successful, and the EMD will be adjusted against the final bid amount. The remaining balance must be paid within five days, failing which the deposit will be forfeited. The buyer will also bear GST under reverse charge mechanism, road tax, RTO transfer charges, and any additional costs.

Once the payment is completed, the successful bidder must take delivery of the vehicle within one week at their own expense, and the vehicle cannot be used on roads until ownership transfer is completed.
