Lucknow Development Authority Extends Flat Discount Offer Till November 6; 589 Units Sold During Navratri–Diwali Festive Drive

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced an extension of its special festive discount offer on ready-to-move flats till November 6, 2025, following an overwhelming public response during the Navratri–Diwali period.

According to LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, the authority sold 589 flats within just 30 days — between Navratri and Diwali 2025 — under various housing schemes across Lucknow. The limited-time festive discounts attracted strong buyer interest, particularly for mid-segment 2BHK and 3BHK apartments.


Flat Prices and Specifications

The available flats range from 1BHK to 3BHK, priced between ₹22 lakh and ₹1.08 crore, with sizes varying from 500 sq. ft. to 1,900 sq. ft.
All units are ready-to-move-in, allowing buyers to take immediate possession after allotment.


High Demand Projects

According to Additional Secretary C.P. Tripathi, the highest sales were recorded in the Kabir Nagar–Devpur Para Scheme, where 382 flats were booked.
Other schemes that saw strong response include:

  • Aishwarya Apartment, Aliganj (18 flats booked)

All flats are being sold without a lottery system on a first-come, first-served basis. Buyers can even purchase multiple flats, except in the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and Sulabh Awas categories.


Discount Structure

The LDA’s extended offer includes attractive price reductions based on the property’s value:

Above ₹75 lakh ₹2 lakh

Additionally, buyers who make full payment within 45–90 days of allotment can avail an extra 3%–6% discount on the total flat cost.

Government employees can take possession by paying 25% of the flat cost, while general buyers can do so by paying 35%, through a Hire Purchase Agreement.


Extension and Offer Validity

Encouraged by the positive response, the discount offer deadline has been extended by 15 days — now valid till November 6, 2025.
Interested buyers can register online or visit the LDA office to complete the process.

“All flats are ready to move in, and possession will be granted immediately upon payment. This is a golden opportunity for homebuyers to secure their dream home before the festive season ends,” said Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar.
