Eligibility Criteria for PMAY EWS Flats

To apply for this housing scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be a permanent resident of Lucknow

  • Annual family income should not exceed ₹3 lakh

  • Applicant, spouse, or dependent family members must not own any pucca (permanent) house anywhere in India

  • If the applicant is unmarried or a minor, parents should also not own a pucca house

  • Married applicants are eligible only if neither husband nor wife owns a permanent house

  • PAN Card

  • Bank Account Details

  • Permanent Residence Certificate

  • Income Certificate issued by Tehsil (not older than 6 months)
