The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is all set to launch a new luxury housing project in Ashiyana, one of the city’s prime localities. This initiative aims to cater to the growing demand for high-end residential apartments among Lucknow residents.
The upcoming project will be developed on land previously cleared by the Improvement Trust. A total of 384 flats are planned, featuring spacious three-bedroom layouts with an additional study room. Prices for the flats are expected to start at approximately ₹1.15 crore, making them an attractive option for homebuyers seeking premium housing in a prime area.
The LDA’s decision comes in response to persistent demand from local residents. The authority had previously developed Ashiyana Heights Apartments in the same area, which were sold quickly due to high demand and the prime location. Encouraged by the success of this earlier project, LDA has now decided to expand housing options in Ashiyana.
According to LDA Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, the construction process has already been initiated. “Given the prime location, these flats are expected to sell quickly,” he stated. The project reflects LDA’s commitment to providing modern, well-planned housing for the city’s residents.
