The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has issued an important notice regarding the extension of dates for the e-auction of plots under its various development schemes.
As per the notice, LDA is offering plots of different land-use categories through an online e-auction process. The e-auction, which was earlier scheduled for February 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM, has now been rescheduled to February 26, 2026.

Interested buyers must complete their registration on the official e-auction portal and submit:
10% of the reserve price of the property as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (online)

The last date for registration, document submission, and EMD payment has also been extended, allowing applicants additional time to participate in the auction.
LDA has clarified that all terms and conditions of the e-auction will remain unchanged, as per the earlier notification.
