LDA’s Atal Nagar Housing Scheme Lottery Announced: Draw on 8–9 January 2026 in Lucknow


The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has officially announced the lottery dates for the Atal Nagar Residential Housing Scheme, located at Devpur Para, Lucknow. The registration process for the scheme has already been completed, and thousands of applicants are now awaiting the allotment results.

According to the latest update, the flat lottery draw will be conducted on 8 and 9 January 2026 at Mercury Hall, Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow. The draw will be held transparently in the presence of applicants, where flat numbers will be announced through a slip-based lottery system.

About Atal Nagar Housing Scheme

The Atal Nagar Housing Scheme is a high-rise residential project promoted by the Lucknow Development Authority, developed by MyOne Technology / MyOne Construction. The project consists of approximately 2,500 flats spread across 15 towers, ranging from 12 to 19 storeys.

Applicants are advised to reach the venue on time. The exact timings of the lottery draw will be announced on the official YouTube channel, along with a live streaming link for those unable to attend physically.

Opportunity for New Applicants: Sharda Nagar Extension Scheme

For those who could not apply under the Atal Nagar scheme, LDA has indicated that some inventory may become available due to refunds or cancellations, similar to what happened earlier in the Sharda Nagar Extension Scheme.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), around 2,256 EWS flats were introduced in Sharda Nagar Extension, of which approximately 125 flats remained vacant due to refunds.

LDA’s Atal Nagar Awas Yojana is currently open for registrations.
Key details:

  • 1BHK: 1,832 units

  • Flat sizes range from 30 sq.m to 54.95 sq.m.

  • Facilities include lifts, kids’ play area, 24×7 power backup, water supply, security, and parking.

Due to high demand, LDA has extended the deadlines:

  • Booklet purchase last date: 30 November 2025

  • Registration last date: 2 December 2025
    (Previously, the last date was 21 November 2025.)

Latest Update: Public Notice

This is to inform that the registration dates for flat allotment under the Atal Nagar Residential Scheme, Devpur Para, Lucknow, developed by the Lucknow Development Authority, were earlier scheduled from 04.10.2025 to 03.11.2025, and later extended up to 21.11.2025.

Based on public demand, the last date for booklet sale for flat allotment under the Atal Nagar scheme has now been extended to 30.11.2025, and the registration date for flat allotment has been further extended to 02.12.2025.
