Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

1. Must be a resident of Pimpri-Chinchwad city.

2. Annual family income must not exceed ₹3,00,000 (Financial Year 2024–25).

3. The applicant or any family member must not own a house/property anywhere in India.

4. Applicants previously on waiting lists for Talwade, Nigdi, Pimpri, or Akurdi housing projects (but not allotted flats) are eligible to reapply.

• PAN Card (Applicant & spouse)

• Bank Passbook (Applicant)

Application Process

• Applications are accepted strictly on a First Come First Serve basis.

• Applicants must personally visit the Slum Elimination & Rehabilitation Department office for document verification and payment procedures.

• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
