Applicants must meet the following conditions:
Must be a resident of Pimpri-Chinchwad city.
Annual family income must not exceed ₹3,00,000 (Financial Year 2024–25).
The applicant or any family member must not own a house/property anywhere in India.
Applicants previously on waiting lists for Talwade, Nigdi, Pimpri, or Akurdi housing projects (but not allotted flats) are eligible to reapply.

1-Year ITR or Form 16 / 16A (FY 2024–25)

Applications are accepted strictly on a First Come First Serve basis.
Applicants must personally visit the Slum Elimination & Rehabilitation Department office for document verification and payment procedures.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
