The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has announced the allotment of approximately 1,500 sites across 8 layouts in four districts—Vijayapura, Chamarajanagar, Gadag, and Bagalkot. The layouts include sites for EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG (Lower Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), and HIG (Higher Income Group) categories.

One allotment per family, even if multiple members apply.
Applicants who have previously received a KHB allotment are not eligible.

Choose your layout and category (EWS/LIG/MIG/HIG).
Fill in personal details, residential address, reservation category, bank details, and nominee information.
Upload required documents:
Passport-sized photograph
Affidavit on ₹50–₹100 stamp paper
Income certificate (EWS only)
Passbook front page / bank statement
Make payment via debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, or RTGS/NEFT.
Save the acknowledgement receipt for reference.
Tip: Use online payment methods for instant confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the bank account entered in the application; nominee accounts are accepted.
In Gadag Kalasaapura Phase 1 & 2, earlier notices listed 23 EWS sites and 2 other sites. The corrected notification confirms only 2 EWS sites, and the rest fall under the LIG category. Applicants should note this before submitting applications.
Allotment is done via lottery if applications exceed available sites.
Applicants cannot choose specific plots or orientations; allocation is random.
Cancellation after allotment may reduce EMD refund.
Muddebihal: Located near Basavana Bagewadi; mostly undeveloped; prices ₹600/sq. ft.
Mahal Bhagath: Close to city center; well-connected; ₹900/sq. ft.
Kasaba Phase 2: Highway-touch layout; expected faster development; ₹800/sq. ft.

Hannoor: Scenic location near Male Mahadeshwara Hills; ₹780/sq. ft.
Gadag Kalasaapura: Moderate demand; ₹600/sq. ft.
