The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has announced a new opportunity for homebuyers by inviting applications for residential plot allotment in Mandya district. The scheme covers plots in Halalu–Irubanahalli villages of Bellur Hobli, located in Nagamangala Taluk.

This latest KHB notification is part of the disposal of leftover plots from an already developed layout. These plots are of irregular (odd) sizes and will now be allotted through a transparent online e-lottery system.
