Bengaluru: The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has invited fresh online applications for the allotment of 46 remaining ODD-sized residential plots in its Halalu-Irubanahalli Layout located in Bellur Hobli, Nagamangala Taluk of Mandya district . The public notification, issued on July 28, 2026 , states that interested applicants can submit online applications from August 1, 2026 , while the last date to apply is August 17, 2026 .
The plots are the remaining irregular (ODD) sites left after previous allotments in the layout and will now be allotted through a transparent e-lottery under the Karnataka Housing Board Allotment Rules, 1983 .
The remaining plots are distributed across four income categories.

The 46 plots are located in the Halalu-Irubanahalli residential layout developed by the Karnataka Housing Board in Mandya district .

Applicants must pay both the registration fee and the initial deposit online before submitting their applications.
According to the notification, these are the remaining ODD-sized plots left after earlier allotments. Since they are residual plots, the Housing Board will allot them through an electronic lottery (e-lottery) .
Unlike fresh layouts, these leftover plots will not be allotted category-wise . Instead, a common e-lottery will determine successful applicants.
The Board also clarified that all plots will be allotted on an "As Is Where Is" basis , meaning applicants will receive the plot in its existing condition and no alternative plot will be offered after allotment.
Applicants applying under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category will receive plots at a 50% concessional rate .
To qualify, applicants must upload a recent income certificate issued by the concerned Tahsildar.

The Housing Board has clarified that the registration fee is non-refundable , irrespective of whether an applicant receives a plot.
If an allottee requests cancellation after allotment or fails to pay the balance amount within the prescribed period, the allotment will be cancelled and 25% of the initial deposit will be forfeited .
