The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has issued a public notification inviting fresh online applications for stray and 220 vacant plots remaining after allotment in Panjanahalli 3rd Phase Layout in Gundlupet Taluk of Chamarajanagar district.
The plots were earlier allotted, and the remaining vacant and stray sites will now be disposed of through an e-lottery process as per KHB Allotment Rules, 1983.

EWS plots are offered at 50% concessional rates. Applicants must upload an income certificate issued by the Tahsildar:
Urban applicants: Annual income not exceeding ₹2,00,000
Rural applicants: Annual income not exceeding ₹1,20,000
Applicants must:
Be a Karnataka resident for at least 10 years
Submit a notarized affidavit confirming that neither the applicant nor spouse/minor children have been allotted any flat/house/plot by KHB or any other authority in Karnataka.
If the allottee fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated period or seeks cancellation, 25% of the initial deposit will be forfeited.
All allotments will be made under Karnataka Housing Board Allotment Rules, 1983.
Applications will not be segregated category-wise for reservation; all valid applications will be included in a common e-lottery draw.
