Why This Scheme Matters

The KDA Rajnagar Residential Scheme 2026 provides a rare opportunity to acquire residential land in Kota through a government-backed allotment process at predetermined rates. With limited inventory of just 28 plots , strategic connectivity to the Kota-Baran Bypass, reservation benefits, and transparent lottery-based allotment, the scheme is expected to attract significant interest from homebuyers across Rajasthan.

Applicants seeking affordable residential plots in a planned urban environment should carefully review the eligibility conditions and submit complete applications within the prescribed timeline to maximize their chances of securing a plot.
