The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has invited fresh online applications for the disposal of leftover residential sites in Surya Nagar 2nd Stage, Continued Rajapur Layout, Bengaluru Urban District.

Key Terms & Conditions

1. Application Process

Pay registration fee + initial deposit through e-payment on the official website.
Then submit the application online.

2. Registration Fee is Non-Refundable

3. Site Allotment via E-Lottery

All eligible applicants will be included in a single pool (no category-wise lottery).
Allotment will follow KHB Allotment Rules 1983.

4. Sites will be allotted on an “Outright Sale” basis only.

5. Conditions for EWS Category

Sites offered at 50% concession.
Income limit:
- Urban applicants: Annual income ≤ ₹2,00,000
- Rural applicants: Annual income ≤ ₹1,20,000
Applicants must upload a valid Income Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.

6. Residential Eligibility Condition

Applicants must upload a Notarized Affidavit confirming:

They have been residents of Karnataka for at least 10 years.
Neither the applicant nor spouse nor minor children own any site/house/flat allotted by KHB or any other local authority.

7. Cancellation Rule

If an allottee fails to pay within the stipulated time or requests cancellation,
25% of the initial deposit will be forfeited.

8. Number of available sites may vary.
