Online applications open for plots at Aliyamb village under demand survey scheme
Bengaluru, November 11, 2025: The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has extended the last date to apply for its Bidar district housing project demand survey till November 30, 2025, giving citizens additional time to complete online registration and payment formalities.
Earlier, the last date to submit applications along with the initial deposit was November 10, 2025, as per the public notice published on October 10, 2025, in Vijayavani and Vijaya Karnataka newspapers.
According to the latest notification issued from KHB’s head office in Bengaluru, the extension has been made in the interest of the public to allow more applicants to participate. Apart from the date change, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the earlier announcement.
The proposed housing layout will be developed at Aliyamb village, Janawada Hobli, Bidar taluk, across an area of about 94 acres and 12 guntas. The project aims to provide residential plots with all basic infrastructure and amenities for different income categories under a demand survey model.
Interested citizens can apply by visiting the official KHB website — https://khb.karnataka.gov.in — and making the registration fee and initial deposit payment through the e-payment system before the extended deadline.
