  • E-Auction Bidding Dates:
    6 April 2026 to 7 April 2026 (5:30 PM)

  • Auto Time Extension Rule:
    Last-minute bids extend auction time by 5 minutes (delta time)

  • Plots above 54 sq.m: ₹1,00,000

  • Minimum bid increment: ₹20,000

How to Apply Online

    Department → Kalaburagi Urban Development Authority

  3. Register/Login

  4. Upload required documents

  5. Pay:

    • EMD

    • Processing fee (via ICICI Bank portal)

  6. Participate in bidding on auction dates

Documents Required

  • Aadhaar Card

  • PAN Card

  • Voter ID / Driving License / Passport

Payment Terms

  • 25% of bid amount (excluding EMD) must be paid within 72 hours
