This is the largest single scheme in this auction, with 36 residential plots of highly varied sizes and layouts. Prices begin from an accessible ₹3.55 Lakhs for a 42 sqm plot and go up to ₹43.13 Lakhs for a 507 sqm plot. The bidding for these is staggered from November 12 to November 21, 2025.

6. Vigyan Nagar Awas Yojana (20 Plots)
