Jhansi Development Authority Launches “Mukhyamantri Shahri Vistaarikaran Yojana” Phase-I for New Jhansi
Jhansi, 16 October 2025: In a Diwali special initiative, the Jhansi Development Authority (JDA) has announced the launch of Phase-I of the Mukhyamantri Shahri Vistaarikaran Yojana in New Jhansi, offering citizens a golden opportunity to own their dream homes. The scheme, promoted under the tagline “Sapno Ka Ghar Ab Jhansi Mein”, aims to provide affordable residential plots across different income categories.
Registration and Application
Interested applicants can register online from 16 October to 15 November 2025 at www.jdaup.in.
Plot Pricing and Categories
Plots are priced at ₹12,500 per square meter and are available in four categories to suit different needs. A total of 456 plots are being offered in this phase:
