Mumbai: A wide range of residential flats, land assets and construction machinery belonging to Jaatvedas Construction Company Private Limited (under liquidation) will be sold through an e-auction on May 15, 2026, as part of proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
The auction, being conducted by the liquidator Incorp Restructuring Services LLP, will take place on the baanknet e-auction platform between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, with an auto-extension of 5 minutes during the closing stages of bidding.

Bidders must register on the baanknet portal and submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for the chosen asset before participating.
