The Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), Rohtak, has issued a public notice inviting applications for the allotment of commercial sites in Sector-18 and Sector-18A, Transport Nagar, Rohtak. The allotment is being undertaken for the rehabilitation and shifting of the existing Auto and Transport Market.
According to the notification, online registration will commence on 9 February 2026 and close on 20 February 2026. The allotment will be carried out primarily through a limited e-auction process among eligible applicants, while remaining sites, if any, will be disposed of through open auction.
HSVP is offering a total of 780 commercial properties, including workshops with double-storey office blocks, repair and spare parts shops, spare parts shops with first-floor storage, transport booking agency sites with basements, and dhabas.
Sector-18: 583 commercial units
Sector-18A: 197 commercial units
The reserve prices vary depending on the category and size of the property, and applicants are required to submit an EMD equal to 10% of the reserve price.
Allottees will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) valid for 17 months
Construction must be completed within the prescribed timeline
Transfer or sale of the allotted site is prohibited for 10 years
Old business premises must be vacated after shifting
All allotments will be governed by HSVP Act, 1977 and applicable rules
