HSIIDC to Auction Industrial Plots Across Haryana from January 6

Chandigarh: The Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has announced an e-auction of industrial plots across multiple industrial estates in the state under the general category. The tentative date for the e-auction is January 6, 2026, while the registration and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payment window will remain open from November 28, 2025 (9 AM) to December 18, 2025 (11:59 PM).

Plots are being offered across key locations such as Kundli, Kharkhoda, Manesar Phase-V, Bawal, IE Rai, IMT Sohna, Kalka, Karnal, and Panchkula. The e-auction will be conducted through HSIIDC’s auction portal.

As per the schedule, Sonipat district has the highest number of estates included in the auction, with industrial plots ranging from 450 sqm to 16,200 sqm, and reserve prices varying between ₹33,250 per sqm to ₹53,000 per sqm. Gurugram’s IMT Manesar Phase-V features one of the highest reserve prices at ₹68,800 per sqm, while IMT Sohna offers competitive pricing starting at ₹22,800 per sqm for electronics and manufacturing industries.

HSIIDC has announced multiple rebate options to encourage early lump‐sum payment — with rebates up to 10% if the payment is completed within 45 days of the issuance of the allotment letter. Concessions for SC category allotments are also provided as per policy.

Allotment will be subject to possession of physical infrastructure at specific estates. Projects in areas like Mega Food Park Rai and IT Park Panchkula must comply with permitted industrial categories, including food processing and IT/ITeS units respectively.

  • Remaining 50% - payable either in one lump sum (within 90 days) or in 4 half-yearly instalments with 12% interest.

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of EMD and cancellation of allotment.
