Types of Plots Available
1. Corner Residential Plots (Sites 1–9)
- Price: ₹2,250 per sq. ft.
- Includes premium corner plots with different road-facing options
2. Commercial Plots (Sites 10–22)
- Price: ₹3,250 per sq. ft.
- Larger plots suitable for shops, complexes, and business use
3. Mixed Commercial + Intermediate Residential Plots (Sites 23–41)
- Price: ₹3,250 per sq. ft.
- Includes high-value plots (some above ₹1 crore)
4. Intermediate Residential Plots (Sites 42–44)
- Price: ₹2,000 per sq. ft.
- Smaller residential plots for individual housing
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
- Plot value up to ₹30 lakh → ₹50,000
- Above ₹30 lakh → ₹1,00,000
- Minimum bid increment → ₹10,000
How to Participate
All bidding is conducted online through the Karnataka e-procurement portal:

Steps:
- Register/login on portal
- Upload documents (PAN, Aadhaar, contact details)
- Pay EMD online (Card / Net Banking / DD via bank)
- Participate in live bidding
Payment Terms
- 25% of bid amount must be paid within 72 hours of winning
- Remaining amount:
- Within 45 days (no interest)
- +90 days with 18% interest
- Additional 30 days with 21% interest (if approved)
