2. Commercial Plots (Plot No. 10–20)

(Commercial plots with high-value floor prices @ ₹3250/sq.ft.)

3. Commercial + Intermediate Plots (Plot No. 21–31)

(Large plots including odd-sites and multi-facing plots.)

4. Intermediate Residential Plots (Plot No. 32–40)

(Residential plots @ ₹2000/sq.ft minimum price.)

Important Conditions

  1. Register on KPPP Portal and download New e-Auction Bidding User Manual.

  2. PAN, Aadhaar, Email & Mobile number mandatory.

  3. Companies/Trusts can participate with valid registration.

  4. EMD paid via Debit/Credit/Net Banking or ICICI Bank DD/Challan.

  5. Successful bidder must pay 25% of bid value (minus EMD) within 72 hours.

  6. Remaining 75% must be paid within 45 days from issuance of confirmation letter.

  7. Delayed payment penalty:

    • 18% interest – up to 90 days

    • 21% interest – additional 30 days (if authority approves)

  8. Failure to pay within allowed period:

    • 25% deposit forfeited

    • Plot will be re-auctioned

  9. No plot subdivision allowed.

  10. HUDA reserves right to accept/reject any bid.

  11. Refund of EMD to unsuccessful bidders handled by KPPP portal.

  12. Bids in last seconds extend auction by 5 minutes (Delta time).
