Payment Structure

• 50% of bid amount plus GST payable immediately after Letter of Intent (LOI)
• Remaining 50% payable at the beginning of the second half of the license period
• Additional 15% security deposit mandatory

HTC also requires post-dated cheques for future installments.

Penalty and Blacklisting Clauses

The corporation has imposed strict conditions for defaulting bidders.

• Failure to take possession after winning the bid will lead to EMD forfeiture
• Defaulters will be blacklisted for two years
• Delayed installment payments can attract penalties up to 2.5% per day
• Unauthorized occupation after expiry may attract Rs 500 daily penalty plus double license fee
