The Haryana government has initiated the booking process for reserved flats in Sonipat city under its affordable housing policy, giving another boost to its mission of ensuring a home for every family.
The initiative comes under the policy dated February 26, 2021, which mandates the allocation of flats for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in colonies licensed by the Department of Town and Country Planning.

Booking End Date: September 13, 2025
Only those applicants who had previously registered under the Mukhyamantri Shahari Awas Yojana (Chief Minister’s Urban Housing Scheme) and were found eligible during the physical verification process are allowed to book flats.
The booking amount is ₹10,000, and the entire process will be conducted online only.
The list of eligible applicants and details of available flats have been published on the official portal: hfa.haryana.gov.in.
