Gurugram: Unitech Group has announced an extension in the e-auction schedule for its Gurugram-based properties, citing holidays and a recent bank employees’ strike that disrupted EMD payments.
According to a public notice issued by the company, the e-auction was earlier scheduled for January 29 and 30, 2026, with the last date for submission of earnest money deposit (EMD) fixed as January 23, 2026. However, due to a series of holidays between January 23 and 26, followed by a nationwide bank strike on January 27, several interested bidders approached the management seeking an extension.
Considering the genuine requests, Unitech has now extended the e-auction dates to February 10 and 11, 2026, while the deadline for depositing EMD has been pushed to February 6, 2026 (up to 5 pm).
As per the revised schedule, the e-auction for properties in South City-I and South City-II will be conducted on February 10 from 11 am to 5 pm, while the auction for Uniworld Resorts plots will take place on February 11 during the same time window. The results of the e-auction will be published on February 12, 2026.
Interested parties have been advised to visit the company’s official website and access the “Marketing & Sales” section for detailed information. The approved layout plans of the colonies, clearly marking the plots and units being offered through the e-auction, have also been uploaded on the website.
Unitech has urged prospective buyers to complete the application process before the revised deadline to avoid missing the opportunity.
