Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Authority will launch an e-auction scheme on January 28 to allot 90 ready-to-move 2BHK flats located in Sector Omicron-1A, officials said on Friday.
The residential flats are housed in a multi-storey residential tower and will be allotted to the highest bidders through the e-auction process.
Each apartment has a carpet area of 83.38 sqm and a super area of 104.70 sqm, and are available on floors ranging from the first to the 15th floor. The reserve price has been fixed between ₹73.23 lakh and ₹74.35 lakh, depending on floor preference.
According to officials, the Authority had earlier developed around 440 flats in this sector, out of which several have already been allotted, while nearly 350 flats remained vacant. GNIDA CEO N.G. Ravi Kumar has directed the property department to expedite the allotment of these unsold units through the e-auction route.
The last date for registration under the scheme is February 18, while the processing fee must be deposited by February 20. Applicants will have time till February 23 to submit the required documents.
The scheme brochure is available on the Authority’s official website www.greaternoidaauthority.in, and applications can be submitted through https://gnida.etender.sbi.
All flats are in constructed condition, and the lease deed process will be completed within the stipulated timeframe after allotment. Buyers can opt for either lump sum payment or installment-based payment. Those opting for full upfront payment will be given priority, while installment buyers can pay in four installments over two years, officials added.
