GNIDA to Sell 345 Flats in Sector Omicron-1A, Greater Noida via E-Auction; Base Price Starts at ₹49.11 Lakh
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is set to sell residential flats through e-auction for the first time. Until now, the authority has been conducting e-auctions only for commercial and industrial plots. However, with the aim of boosting transparency and competition, GNIDA has decided to include residential flats in the process as well.
Officials said that 345 flats located in Sector Omicron-1A have been prepared for allotment through online auction. The flats are part of a multi-storey housing project developed by the authority.
The project features two categories of units — 58 sq m and 82 sq m flats — of which all 345 are currently vacant. The base price for the 58 sq m flats has been set at ₹49.11 lakh, while the 82 sq m flats will start at ₹72 lakh.
According to GNIDA, the pricing is lower compared to private builders, making these units an attractive option for homebuyers planning to invest in Greater Noida. Officials also believe that allotment through e-auction will not only speed up the sales process but also eliminate any concerns regarding manual intervention.

In a significant move to attract investments and promote planned urban growth, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has announced the launch of its new e-auction scheme for commercial plots under the codes CPS-1/2025-26 (4 FAR) and CPS-2/2025-26 (2 FAR). The plots are located across prime sectors of Greater Noida, offering investors an opportunity to secure land in one of the most strategically developed regions of the National Capital Region (NCR).
The scheme was unveiled under the leadership of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, along with Nand Gopal Gupta “Nandi”, Minister of Industrial Development, and Jaswant Saini, Minister of State for Industrial Development.
According to GNIDA, the offered plots are positioned to benefit from the city’s robust infrastructure and connectivity. The highlights include proximity to the Noida International Airport, easy access to the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors, and seamless links via expressways to Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad.
Greater Noida continues to hold the reputation of being one of NCR’s best-planned cities, boasting multi-city connectivity, well-established residential and commercial sectors, top educational institutions, and world-class civic amenities.
The authority has assured investors that all plots are free from encumbrances, with possession promised within 30 days of allotment. The allotment process will be carried out strictly on an “as is where is” basis, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the e-auction.
Interested bidders must register and obtain a user ID through the official e-tendering portal at https://gnida.etender.sbi. Applicants are required to submit the processing fee, participation fee, and EMD online as per the schedule mentioned in the brochure.
