Ghaziabad Development Authority Launches 77 Residential Plots in Nandgram Housing Scheme 2026 – Apply Online from Feb 25: Details
The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced an upcoming property auction scheduled for February 20, 2026, offering a total of 73 residential and commercial plots. In addition, the Authority has released a separate list of plots earmarked for educational and medical institutions.
According to the official notice, interested applicants can submit their applications and complete registration formalities between February 11, 2026, and February 18, 2026.
The auction proceedings will begin at 11:00 AM on February 20, 2026, at the designated venue of the Ghaziabad Development Authority.

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has issued an official auction notice for the sale of multiple residential and commercial plots across key schemes in Ghaziabad. The auction is scheduled to be held on February 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Hindi Bhawan, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad.
