In a major digital reform, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has introduced a simplified online system to issue No Objection Certificates (NOC).
With this initiative, citizens will no longer have to run from one department to another. Instead, they will be able to obtain their NOC directly through a streamlined, digital process.
Applicants can now track NOCs of different departments online.
The system integrates with Intra-Departmental Resource Planning (IDRP), ensuring smooth coordination between multiple departments.
Applicants will receive NOC approvals directly on WhatsApp, eliminating delays and physical visits.
All land use and related information can be accessed through the LDA website: ldalucknow.in.
LDA Vice-Chairman Prayesh Kumar said that the system has been designed to reduce red tape and ensure faster, transparent, and citizen-friendly services. Citizens can now check the complete land use details of a plot from home, making property-related transactions more convenient.
