GDA Ghaziabad Nandgram Housing Scheme 2026

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has launched a new residential plot scheme in Nandgram, Ghaziabad, marking the authority’s first major plotting initiative after nearly 14 years. The brochure was released by Yogi Adityanath at Hindon Airport, highlighting the state government’s push toward transparent and digitally managed urban development.

Under this scheme, 77 residential plots will be allotted through a fully online application and e-lottery system.

All plots are priced uniformly at ₹79,000 per sq. meter.

Balance Payment:
8 quarterly installments with SBI MCLR + 1% interest

Late Payment Penalty:
12% annual compound interest

Early Payment Rebate:
Within 45 days – 6% rebate
Within 60 days – 5% rebate
Within 90 days – 4% rebate

Possession will be offered within 36 months after full payment and execution of the sale deed.
