GDA Ghaziabad Nandgram Housing Scheme 2026

The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a new residential plot scheme in Nandgram, Ghaziabad, offering 77 residential plots through an online application and e-lottery system. Launched around the festive occasion of Holi, the scheme presents a strong opportunity for homebuyers and investors in the NCR region.

  • Late Payment Penalty: 12% annual compound interest

Early Payment Rebate:

  • Within 45 days: 6% rebate

  • Within 60 days: 5% rebate

  • Within 90 days: 4% rebate

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be an Indian citizen

  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • No residential property in Ghaziabad in applicant/family name

  • Not more than one residential property in Uttar Pradesh allotted by GDA/UPHB/any government body

Possession Timeline
