Login → Urban Services → E-Auction Portal.
Upload required documents and complete your bidder profile.
Once approved, view live auctions and place bids online.
Deposit Earnest Money (EMD) before bidding (refundable if not selected).
15% of the total bid amount must be paid within three working days after winning.
Payments accepted through NEFT/RTGS only.
For plots above ₹50 lakh, TDS must be deposited with the Income Tax Department by the buyer.
