Jhajjar (Haryana): Registrations have opened for affordable freehold residential plots in Sector 9A, Jhajjar, under the Haryana government’s Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) 2016. The project, located in the NCR belt and marketed as Deen Dayal Jhajjar Plots, is offering units starting at ₹43.51 lakh, with the developer indicating that possession will be available soon.
The scheme includes a special discount of ₹1,000 per sq. yd for women, government employees and defence personnel.
The project is being developed by Kharab Infra Build LLP under the name Shree Krishna Heritage, and is RERA-registered (Registration No.: HRERA-PKL-JJR-463-2023).
