The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to conduct the live e-Auction of flats under the DDA Dwarka Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme, e-Auction Round II , on August 24 and August 25, 2026.

The DDA launched the CSP Housing Scheme e-Auction Round II on June 25, 2026 . According to the circular, the last date for submission of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) was August 12, while the final application submission deadline was August 14, 2026. The live auction will be conducted only among bidders who submitted the EMD within the stipulated period and completed their final application submission by 6 PM on August 14 .

DDA Dwarka CSP Housing Scheme 2026 auction dates

The DDA Dwarka CSP e-Auction 2026 will take place over two days, August 24 and August 25.

The DDA circular states that the initial bidding period will be one hour . If a higher bid is placed during the final five minutes, the auction will automatically be extended by five minutes.

This extension can continue for a maximum of 20 times , meaning an auction can run for a maximum of 2 hours and 40 minutes . Therefore, depending on the bidding activity, the morning session can continue up to 1:40 PM , while the afternoon session can continue up to 5:40 PM .

The Annexure-I schedule lists 39 DDA EWS flats under the CSP Housing Scheme Round II.

All the listed properties are located in Dwarka Sector 19B, Pocket-NA (Golf View), Block M , and each has a 50.043 sqm plinth area .

Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria

The scheme has been designed exclusively for existing apartment owners in Golf View Condo.

Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

• Only legal owners of HIG, Super HIG and Penthouse flats in Golf View Condo, Sector 19B, Dwarka are eligible.
• Applicants must not already own any EWS/CSP unit allotted under the earlier DDA CSP Housing Scheme.
• Eligible applicants include:
  • Original allottees
  • Legal heirs or successors (mutatees)
  • Purchasers holding a registered Conveyance Deed
• Only one EWS flat can ultimately be allotted to one applicant, even if multiple bids are submitted.
• If an applicant secures H1 bids for multiple flats, only the first successful flat will be retained and the remaining bids will not result in additional allotments.
• If ownership documents are found invalid, the allotment will be cancelled and the entire EMD will be forfeited .
• Outstanding dues relating to the applicant's original HIG, Super HIG or Penthouse flat must be cleared before allotment.
• Possession of the EWS flat will be issued only after possession of the original flat has been completed under DDA procedures.

Registration Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

Processing Fee

• ₹2,500 per flat
• Non-refundable
• Non-adjustable

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

• ₹2,00,000 per flat
• Separate payment required for every flat selected for bidding.

If a successful H1 bidder withdraws or surrenders the flat , the entire EMD will be forfeited .

Bidding Rules

The online auction will follow these conditions:

• Bidding starts above the reserve price.
• Minimum bid increment: ₹25,000
• Higher bids must be in multiples of ₹25,000.
• Maximum increment permitted in one bid is 50 times the minimum increment.

Maintenance Charges

Apart from the winning bid amount, successful bidders will also pay maintenance-related charges as prescribed under the DDA Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) .

GST at 18% will be applicable on both the corpus fund and maintenance charges.

Reservation Policy

Reservation for special categories will be provided according to Clause 8 of the DDA Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (e-Auction) Brochure .

All remaining terms and conditions of the present scheme will also follow the provisions of the DDA Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (e-Auction) .
